"Good news, everybody!"
One of my pictures was
stolen used by unknown person for concert poster. And i am absolutely sure that i did not give any permission to use something in a such away.
Of course i am flattered that someone think that my work is good enough for such usage but
wtf?Why do i know such wonderful news being last? I mean, where is my invitation to the concert??
Seriously, what should i do with such copyright violation?
Help?
Btw, here is the ripped image

I never did an assignment for him again.
I only telling this, because it's not that easy to win a case like this. the internet makes our world bigger but also more acceseble for peeps who like to use all kinds of art for there own benefit without contacting or buying from the artist.

if they asked me i could't say "no, never" but in such a way, no good words
of course i dream abput compensation but all depends on the answer, if they will be rude or not react at all - i'll find how to make their days not pleasant
And offcourse you're right dear, I would do the same I think.

I did that for some advertising for an art show I was not showing in but did a few years before. Someone on their staff found my artwork in their computer and just used it! I did not complain, I just sent them a bill! And they paid it!
I'm not trying to cause offence to you, just want to figure it out.
